2011 Daily Journal Page Challenge -- Day 341: I'm Not Listening Anymore

I started this daily journal spread with "spilling" writing about my inner critic. You can learn abput this technique from Diana Tout's book Journal Spilling. Next I laid down water-soluble oil pastels in bright colors, but when I added water the supposedly permanent black marker I was using bled -- and everything turned to mud. Well, here was the perfect situation: listen to my judgments or keep moving? I kept moving. And even though it's not "pretty" (there's that ****ing judge) I like the thumb's up it's giving to the critic....Next!
