This is fabulous. I love the inspiration you are throwing out into the blogosphere. What combination of art forms are you using...or are my eyes playing tricks on me? This is a beautiful page.
Thank you so much! Right now I am keeping to very simple techniques so that I don't give myself reasons to stop creating! I use mostly Cat's Eye Ink Pads by Color Box,smearing one or two light colors across the body of the page, then often use the point of the pad to make shapes (like here), and then drag a darker color across the edges to define the page. Sometimes I lay down an image, then choose the colors; sometimes I color the page first. I use the Principle of Three (I may have made that up) using only one or two images torn from magazines or my own image stash, and then some text if it "speaks" to me. Then the page is ready for me to make a mess of it with my scribbles!
