Treaures come from the most unlikely places -- perhaps the things we treasure the most are common objects found in surprising places. An old kitchen chair painted a vibrant blue. A pitchfork stuck in a pile of sweet hay. A yellow dandelion that has evaded the mower and radiates yellow knee high in the sun. The soft lilac sunset that pressed upon your senses and reminds you of your youth. A mockingbird twirling in the dust. A ruby beet in a bright, green salad. Treasures to be savored.
